2009 VBS is in full swing! Yesterday evening was the first night of Boomerang Express. Children ages 4 through sixth grade sang songs, played games, ate some yummy snacks and most importantly learned about Jesus! We encourage you to stop by and join in the fun!

I am pretty sure that Springhill, outside activities and storms are starting to go hand in hand. However, once the rain passed by it made for a really nice evening at Hammons Field. There was food, foul balls, lots of laughs and a flying t-shirt or two. The Cards lost, but a good time was had by all. Thanks to everyone who came!

Last night we enjoyed hamburgers and hot dogs, thanks to Bob and Bruce, lots of sides, desserts and fellowship at Fellows Lake. The storm held off for about an hour, which was enough time for everyone to experience some good food and good company.

As teams are packing up and getting ready to head out, we just want to say thank you! Thank you for donating supplies for our three teams! You have helped fill over six travel totes with much needed items! Thank you for giving over $60,000 to send the teams to three continents, and thank you for praying! We can not say thank you enough for ALL of your support. The Lord is using you to change lives for the Gospel in three different countries!
